ABSTRACT

The clinical course of Dengue Hemorraghic Fever (DHF)  is the implications of pathogenesis process to clinical outcomes. To monitor various aspects of dengue (fever phase – critical phase – recovery phase), many studies link with diseases severity, clinicial and laboratory scoring. The immunopathogenesis approach consists of Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE), cross reactions of antibodies (molecular mimicry) and the role of dendritic cells. Dendritic cells and clinical spectrum approach focus on upstream conditions of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever as an early response to viremia-related immune response and pathogenesis cascade.
